The SJC Summer Camp website was developed as the official reservation platform for a large-scale educational summer program, designed to host over 300+ students.
The site was carefully crafted to create a visually engaging experience, using vibrant UI design and real photos from past camps to build trust and excitement among parents. The homepage immediately communicates the energy and value of the camp, encouraging users to take action.
The registration flow was designed to be clear, informative, and user-friendly. The form guides parents through all necessary details — including items their children need to bring and payment information — in a structured and visually appealing layout.
To manage high demand and ensure a smooth registration process, we implemented a countdown timer. This allowed visitors to prepare in advance, and once the timer reached zero, the form became active and open for submissions.
On the first launch day, the platform saw over 300 unique visitors and successfully collected 260+ form submissions, making it a highly effective and well-received launch.
